If your looking to stop your hot water odor, any brand will work as their website says. I will say I like this unit better since the website has a lot more information than just hype that we did not know. Our voltage was 3.1 when first installed, 4 hours later it was 2.1 and stayed there. I disconnected it, reconnected it and the voltage was 3.2 the settled back to 2.1 so the sellers is truthfull.
