I just have to respond to your actions in handling the email I sent the other day. I had not checked my email until last night. I must say, I was not expecting as fast or as thorough of a response as what you provided. It is so refreshing to experience that kind of service. It has sort of become a thing of the past. I appreciate the time you took to explain what I was experiencing and what you would suggest for taking care of the problem. I will be turning up the heat on my hot water heater tonight. I already have a warm fuzzy feeling about the results, simply because of what you have suggested and done.

I am delighted to hear that you are striving to improve your product and am looking forward to the updated power supply you are sending. Be sure that should I encounter anyone with a potential use for your product; you will certainly be at the top of my recommendation list.
