What amazing customer service. I accidentally broke the power cord to my waterodor.com power anode rod. I reached out to see if I could buy a new one and got a response from Matt. He sent a replacement - free of charge! Matt has been incredibly helpful, polite and professional. I will be a loyal customer for life and will share this fantastic brand with everyone I can. Absolutely outstanding!!
