Matt Ok so I was able to get it done. I did have a problem with the “close” threaded nipple. It just wasn’t long enough to reach the threads inside the tank so I took the longer top one for the hot water in and put that on the bottom and the “close” on top. That worked. Drilled a hole through my water heater cabinet in my apartment and fished the wires through the wall to an outlet. Plugged the holes up and turned it on. I did flush the water heater 3 times before plugging it in. 3 hours total. I’m on day 3 of it being plugged in. It took 2 1/2 days for the funky smell to start to not be noticeably different. I have been getting rashes on the tops of my feet for years that are like bad. I had changed most of what I wash with because I thought I was suddenly sensitive to anything with a scent in it. Ever since I moved into this apartment 8 years ago. My landlord does zero maintenance so it’s upto me. Now after day 3 the rashes are starting to try and heal. It’s like a really bad ex girlfriend has gone away. Your product works. Your customer service is above and beyond. The fact you respond within a couple of hours even on the weekends and even check in with your customers without them initiating a question respectfully is a long sought after customer service experience I thought died off during the Bush era. So my hat goes off to you for that. Much appreciated. Thank you. I’ll be bragging about you and your product indefinitely. Todd
