I had some installation issues on a Sunday. I emailed Matt and to my suprise I recevied a resonse 2 hours later. Matt walked me through the process on the phone. Installed and working as described on their ad. Never had this type of direct communication with any product I have purchase, very pleased. The odor is gone and I feel confident that my tank is protected.
