I purchased this product in 2018. On October 21st the power supply was flashing red. I contacted Matt who asked for a photo of the installation. He looked up my original purchase and after a few email exchanges, 4 days later I had a new power supply AND new anode at my doorstep free of charge. I cant express my gratitude for this type of customer service since I am on a fixed income. This is something you do hear of today. I do recommend this product and they do indeed stand behind their warranty. Thank you Matt very much.
