I was very hesitant to purchase this product due to the review count on amazon however I read their website, although it was much more detailed than I expected, I learned a lot more about a powered anode that other sites have taught me. Other brands never show any details about their power supply or explain anything about how my 2 tanks are going to be protected from rusting out over the long term. I purchased one 2 years ago and my tank flushes clean every February so I have recently purchased 2 more for my rental and sister home. This is a worthy product and I can endorse it with confidence.
