Hello,

I ordered and installed your product (model number in the subject line) back in 2017 for my 40 gallon Rheem electric water heater. It was one of the best plumbing-related purchases I have ever made, and I intend to be a customer for life.

Here’s the question: is it advisable to replace the product since it has been installed nearly 10 years? It may be another five years before I replace the entire water heater, possibly longer. Not experiencing any issues or leaks, but just wanted your opinion about this.

As long as the controller's LED is not flashing Red, it is working properly. Our anodes are made from titanium therefore they do not react with water and degrade.
